and post them in the name of boliao-ness..
it's been yonks since we last met up.. and other than oohnah looking like she came right off the wall of central mall, nothing much has changed..
mwahah. the pooh secretly ordered this for me.. so that's why he refused to watch it when it was showing in the theatres..
auntie linda is very good with babies, as is evident from baby ellie's contented face..oh, huikhim, i think ellie looks like u when she's sleeping. i think it's the downturned mouth - like what u look like when u're scolding elsie. hurhurhur.
and maybe auntie linda can teach her brudder how to mend split trousers, so orange owls wont see the light of day and dont have to be reined in by a safety pin..
8 may 2008, thursday. a little cafe called food for thought. a bunch of close friends (most of whom were hoodwinked into thinking it was mdm siew's ssshhhh-secret birthday party). two sets of pleasantly surprised (but maybe still in a mild state of positive shock) parents. a specially imported overweight german migrant called jollymah from the nici region. a whole garden full of rose petals scattered on all tables, and artistically bunched up roses randomly lying on a few others. tealights. a decorative mirror scrawled with:
"Cheryl..........say YES!"

it's the season for lotsa lurrrrrve...........................
dont worry, ms p. i wont forget u, even though u're gonna marry off to korea, have a few korean-singaporean kids, migrate to the states to work, fly your kids to the uk for some sophisticated tumble tots summer program, and only come back to visit us poor things back in singapore once every 6 months. i will still wait for u to come back and have tiramisu with me.
merry christmas, pooh bear! i know your present from me is not as tangible as mine from you. and it lasts for a grand total of 1 night only, on 18 jan. eh but i QUEUED for that ok. im sure u didnt have to queue for this. and half the world wants what you've got. but they dont get it. mwahah.
christmas lunch at waraku! best kinda food when u're ill, on christmas day =(
so no party. cos im just too damn lazy to organise one this year. for some strange reason, this december feels exceptionally laaaaaazy. not like there's much to do on public holidays, cos the rest of the world is out there jamming up everywhere there is to go. town is out of the question, vivo is perpetually packed. grawr.
why not just stay at home and upload pictures. hurhurhur.
how come i didnt get any present when i graduated? HUH, POOH? HUHHHH??
gold coast. boring.
the australia zoo! wanted to go catch steve irwin in action since like 3 years ago. but too bad.
singapore should have another mode of transport, like this - the citycat. there'll be no jams, and we'll all reach wherever we wanna go on time.
tangalooma wild dolphin resort. sorry no photos of dolphins. too dark. but they were really cute. they ate fish from my hands! hehhehheh.
the pooh looks so schmaaaart, for once! hurhur. and i heart chewing gum. need another gum supplier, now that he's back for good.
went mad at the weekend markets. stef actually cooked chilli crabs! yum. oh and i almost bought that spray paint drawing thing for 60 bucks. that dude is insane. i dunno how the hell he manages to come up with something so utterly beautiful with just a few cans of spray paint and newspaper. 60 bucks only! too bad i had no way of transporting it back, otherwise i'd have bought one. gah.
my birthday! pooh the sweetums cooked dinner. the best part? pink eggs, coloured with highlighter.
on a separate note, cheecheeeee is back!! so we went to sushi tei for a long overdue lunch. up next, unveiling sooooopa tak glam pictures (of neoprints)..........................
-WOMIT- it seems like we'll never grow up, eh. according to chee, this move was inspired by dawn. dawn doesnt read this so there's no chance of her killing me.
as i was looking at the photos, i suddenly realised that chee and the pooh can pass off as siblings. totally bizarre. and looking at our take 2 of the neoprint above, we are standing in exactly the same positions! HOW BIZARRE IS THAT. hahahahah. anyway, it was such a blast taking all these crapshit photos and reminiscing about our gross secondary school days. oh, and of course, about how facebook has suddenly jolted our memory and resuscitated certain people whom we've conveniently forgot existed. hurhurhur. we should do this again. so babes, when are we going to tampopo!!!
